Vote Administration
Creating and managing ballot questions should be straightforward.
The Question Maintenance page provides a complete overview of every motion and election within your meeting, allowing authorised administrators to prepare questions ahead of time, organise their order, monitor their current status, and control exactly when each vote becomes available to members.
Because meetings rarely run exactly to schedule, administrators remain in complete control throughout the meeting, opening each question only when the Chair declares voting has commenced.

The Question Editor allows each ballot to be tailored to suit the requirements of the motion being considered, whether that means constitutional amendments, business motions, uncontested positions or contested elections.

The Registered Members Report provides a live overview of every member who has successfully registered their voting entitlement, allowing Credentials Committees to monitor attendance, confirm quorum and identify participation throughout the meeting.
Sometimes the members who haven't registered are just as important as those who have.
The Unregistered Members Report quickly identifies eligible members who are yet to participate, allowing administrators to follow up before voting begins and helping Districts maximise representation and improve the likelihood of reaching quorum.

The Apologies Report records those members who have formally advised they will not be participating, giving administrators an accurate picture of expected attendance while also providing useful information during quorum calculations and post-meeting reporting.
