Hello Vancouver Convention Delegates and Welcome to Votapex! We're excited to have you on board as we continue our journey in revolutionizing District Council voting.
What is Votapex
Imagine a platform that makes your District Council meetings more efficient, secure, and transparent. Our web-based voting system automates many processes, freeing up meeting officials to focus on what matters most. With Votapex, you can:
- Easily manage District Executive Committee Meeting and District Council Meeting portals
- Automate checks and balances to ensure fair and accurate voting results
- Provide a seamless experience for voting members
How do you get started?
- To register your interest, email us with the following details:
- Your District Number
- District Director name and email address
- Administration Manager name and email address
- Your next District Council date and time (including time zone) if known
- We'll send a Service Agreement for you to sign, along with an annual subscription invoice.
- Once paid, your portal will be provisioned within 24 hours.

Remember, you are not alone throughout this process. To support you in running a successful meeting, we provide the following:
- Videos and written instructions to help step you through the process
- Group Demonstration sessions for meeting officials
- Group Practice voting sessions for voting members
- Your 3 hours of individual District support via Zoom
- Technical support at two (2) of your District Councils

Our annual subscription is $300 AUD (approx. $210-220 USD or €180-190 EUR), which applies for each Toastmasters year.
